© The Tuttle Times Tuttle, Oklahoma March 24, 2004 May 14, 1936 ~ March 14, 2004 Shirley Ann "Mickey" Bates was born May 14, 1936 in Pocasset, Okla. to Audra Funeral service for Hazel Deann Bergin, age 56 of Tuttle, was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at the Tuttle First Baptist Church. Rev. Eddie Critchfield of Minco officiated. Hazel was born the daughter of Mary Elizabeth McBride Holsey and Robert Wayne Holsey on May 29, 1947, at Tuttle. She died Sunday, March 14, 2004 at Tuttle, Okla. She was a lifetime resident of Tuttle and attended Tuttle High School. She married Wayne Cornelius Bergin on April 18, 1980, at Oklahoma City. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Freddie Joe Holsey. She was also preceded in death by her son David Lee Daugherty, her daughter Amanda Ann 'Mandy' Bergin, and her granddaughter Ashley Deann Daugherty. Survivors include her husband Wayne of the home; son and his wife Michael and Marty Daugherty of Oklahoma City, son Ricky Daugherty of Sacremento, Calif., son Kevin Daugherty of Tuttle; daughter and her husband Becky and John Winsor of Temple, Texas; daughter and her husband Christy and Lonnie LeMaster of Mustang; daughter Peggy Bergin of Tuttle; brother Bobby Holsey of Goldsby, brother Clifford Holsey of Tuttle; sisters Lou South and Jean Ransome of Tuttle; and 13 grandchildren. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, by Binyon Funeral Home, Tri City area, Blanchard. |

Amanda Ann "Mandy" Bergin was born October 2, 1966, and died on Monday, August 18, 2003. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
