Horner Wade, age 60, of Ninnekah was held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2009, in the Fairlawn Cemetery. Rev. Alice Wendling officiated. Linda was born the daughter of Thadiest Theopolis Miller and Almeada Miller on September 10, 1948, in Oklahoma City, OK. She died at her home in Ninnekah on May 29, 2009. Linda grew up in an orphanage in Tecumseh. After graduating from high school, she moved to California where she graduated from college and went into the surgical technician field. She also attended culinary school and became a chef. In 1995, Linda moved to the Chickasha area and continued her work as a surgical technician. On July 23, 2007, she married Weldon Morris Wade in Chickasha. She was preceded in death by her father and two sisters, Debbie and Pam. Survivors include: Husband: Weldon Wade, Son: Chris, Sister and husband: Jerene and Donal Leverett, Brother: Thad Miller, Brother: Thomas Miller, Mother: Almeada Lind, Nephew: Aaron Cantrell, Nephew: Marvin Cobb. Services were under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home. |
