© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma February 1981 Myrtle Lee [Richardson] Still July 3, 1901 ~ February 24, 1981 Funeral for Myrtle Lee Still, 79, Rt. 2, Ninnekah will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, February 26, 1981 in the First Baptist Church of Ninnekah with Rev. Alvin McConnel, officiating and Rev. Troy Capps, pastor, assisting. She was born July 3 1901 in Texas. She died Tuesday, February 24, 1981 at the home of her daughter, Mrs Joe Gray, east of Chickasha. Mrs Still came here from Kemp, Oklahoma in 1938 and lived in Ninnekah for 43 yrs. She and Bill Still were married in 1954 at Chickasha. He preceded her in death in 1964. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mrs Arch [Ethel] Johnson in 1970 and two sons, Johnny Mutz in 1973 and Pete Worbes in 1975. Mrs Still was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ninnekah. She is survived by four daughters; Mrs Joe [Thetis] Gray of Chickasha, Mrs Alvin [Ida] Boehme of Mabank, Texas, Mrs Rex [Betty] Null of Deming, New Mexico, and Mrs Harold [Hatty] De Hart of Duncan; one son, Jerry Mutz of Ninnekah; two sisters, Mrs Jim [Alice] Tucker of Coleman, Texas and Mrs Dewey [Gladu] Pollard of Wichita Falls, Texas; 18 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
