Snyder Jr November 21, 1935 ~ October 25, 2011 Funeral services for Albert Edward Snyder, Jr., 75, of Chickasha will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Bible Baptist Church. Albert Edward Snyder, Jr. was born November 21, 1935 in Danville, Ill, the son of Albert Edward Snyder and Alice Ateline [Bartlett] Snyder. He died October 25, 2011 at his home in Chickasha. He and Barbara were married February 23, 1957. They moved to Chickasha in 1977. They owned and operated Paradise Donuts since 1988. He retired five years ago. Albert served in the U. S. Marines during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Jane Snyder and his parents. Survivors include Randy Snyder and Michelle; Tamra Williams; Tracy Slaton and Russell; Lance Snyder and Stephanie; Tanya Wilson and Scottie; Tricia Missey; Teresa Davis and Allen; 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma November 28, 2006 Barbara Jane [Parker] Snyder October 28, 1940 ~ November 26, 2006 Funeral service for Barbara Jane Snyder, 66, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 29, 2006 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Barbara Jane Snyder was born October 28, 1940 in Tulare, California the daughter of Oscar Clay and Velma Jean Parker and died November 26, 2006 at her home in Chickasha. Barbara came to Chickasha in 1977. She and her husband, Albert, owned and operated the Paradise Donut Shop in Chickasha. Barbara retired 5 years ago. She was a loving wife and mother. She was preceded in death by: Parents; one brother: Bill Parker; one sister: Valine Ryans. Survivors include: Husband: Albert Snyder of the home; five daughters: Tamra Gregory and husband Russ of Chickasha; Tracy Slaton and husband Russell of Amber; Tanya Wilson of Chickasha; Tricia Missey of Chickasha; Teresa Davis and husband Allen of Chickasha; two sons: Randy Snyder and wife Michelle of Chickasha; Lance Snyder and wife Stephanie of Chickasha; two sisters: Cloma Jean Butler; Phyllis Lister; 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
