Faye Lanford [Stubblefield] Smith
January 30, 1921 ~ February 10, 2006


Funeral service for Mrs. Faye L. Smith, age 85 will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2006, in the McRay Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Smith passed away on February 10, 2006. She was born on January 30, 1921 to the late Jesse Alexander and Nellie Pearl Stubblefield.

Mrs. Smith married Mr. Quinton J. Smith on April 21, 1942 and he preceded her in death on October 27, 2002.

Mrs. Smith was a Baptist and a homemaker. She was a lifetime member of the fraternity of the Eagle's.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Linda Faye McLauren and one brother, Bob Langford.

Survivors include: son & daughter-in-law: Q. T. & Doris Smith of Winnsboro, Texas; son & daughter-in-law: Terry Lee & Mia Smith of Rowlett, Texas; brother: Wesley Langford of Chickasha; sister: Burt Henton Standridger of Alex; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery. Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
