By Jason Clarke
Staff Writer

A decision is still pending from the District Attorney's Office on whether charges will be filed against the driver from Saturday night's double fatality in Ninnekah.

Assistant District Attorney Lesley March said a decision should be made today on whether or not Charles W. Harrison, 74, of Lindsay, will be facing either misdermeanor or felony charges.

Harrison allegedly ran a stop sign at the intersection of Old Hwy 81 and Hwy 277, striking a motorcycle and killing Clayton and Cynthia Smith.
