Mrs Bertha Ann [Pelzer] Ryans
February 12, 1901 ~ August 3, 1975


Funeral service for Mrs. Bertha A. Ryans, 74, Verden, will be Tues at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Verden, with Rev. Marvin Willis officiating.

Mrs. Ryans was born February 12, 1901 south of Verden. She died Sunday in Grady Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Florence Malone, Chickasha, Mrs. Bessie McCormick, Chickasha and Mrs. Doris Blevins, Needles, Calif; eight grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Hansen Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Mrs. Bertha A. Ryans, 74, 628 North 10th Street, was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Pentecostal Church of God, Verden, with Rev. Marvin Willis officiating.br>
Mrs. Ryans was born Feb 12, 1902, in Pauls Valley. She died Aug 3, in Grady Memorial Hospital.br>
Mrs. Ryans came to Verden in 1911. She was married to Jake Ryans in 1919. They lived south of Verden for several years before moving to Chickasha.br>
She was a member of the Lutheran Church.br>
Mrs. Ryans is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Florence Malone and Mrs. Bessie McCormick of Chickasha and Mrs. Doris Blevins of Needles, Calif.; eight grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren.br>
Pallbearers were Willie Pelzer, Louie Pelzer, Ray Pelzer, Delbert Karnes, Bill Gray ad Loren Heavin.br>
Music was furnished by L. E. Ferris an Dewayne Ferris, accompanied by Mrs. Floyd Kidwell at the piano.br>
Interment was in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Hansen Funeral Home.br>

Timmy Lee Ryans
April 27, 1967 ~ May 18, 2005


Funeral service for Timmy Lee Ryans, 38, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, May 23, 2005 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Timmy Lee Ryans was born April 27, 1967 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the son of Aubrey Wayne and Lola Christine [Cates] Ryans and died Wednesday May 18, 2005.

Timmy graduated from Chickasha High School in 1985. He was a life long resident of Chickasha. He married Kristy Weger June 8, 1984.

Timmy was preceded in death by his father, Aubrey Ryans, grandparents, several uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Survivors include one son, Tim Allen Ryans of Chickasha; one daughter, Lana Rashel Ryans of Chickasha; two grandchildren, Ethan Timmy Ryans and Aubrey Gene Ryans; his mother, Lola Christine Ryans of Chickasha; three brothers and their wives, Charles and Della Ryans of Ninnekah, Oklahoma, Wesley and Brenda Ryans of Ninnekah, and Bobby and Nancy Ryans of Ninnekah; one sister and her husband, Beverly and Mark Nieto of Chickasha; as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
