William Monroe "Willie" Robinson
November 25, 1906 ~ December 5, 1991


Graveside funeral for Willie Monroe Robinson, 85, of Chickasha, will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday, Dec. 7, 1991, at Fairlawn Cemetery. Rev. Alice Wendling will be officiating.

He was born November 25, 1906, the son of Benjamin Franklin and Myrtle Ann [Doshier] Robinson, in Atoka. He died Thursday, December 5, 1991, in Chickasha.

He and Jessie Lovelle Murphy were married for over 25 years and she preceded him in death.

Mr. Robinson was a farmer for many years. He also worked logging timber for some time.

He lived for many years in California. For the past 20 years, he lived in Chickasha. He had been in a nursing home for the past 10 years.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Robinson, and three brothers, Louis, Bennie and Vernon Robinson.

Survivors include four sons, Cleo Robinson of Ivanhoe, Calif., Preston Robinson of Eleverta, Calif., Clifton Robinson of Cottonwood, Ariz., and Worley Robinson of Chickasha; two daughters, Lovie Oletha Robinson Hall of Riverside, Calif., Billie Fan Robinson Bordwine of Chickasha; two brothers, James "Bood" Robinson of Visalia, Calif., and Jessie F. "Jay" Robinson of Chickasha; two sisters, Verlie Jewel Fulton of Chickasha and Evie Vera Sikes of Tahlequah; 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Lee Robinson Jr
June 12, 1931 ~ February 24, 2006


Graveside services for Lee Robinson, Jr., 74, of Chickasha were held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 27, 2006, in the Fairlawn Cemetery, with Bill Long officiating.

Lee Robinson was born June 12, 1931, in Udall, Kansas, the son of Lee Robinson and Hazel [Cole] Robinson. He died Friday, February 24, 2006 in Chickasha.

Lee grew up in Udall Kansas, graduating from Burlington High School in 1950. On September 1, 1950, he joined the United States Army. He served for 1 year and 8 months, before being honorably discharged on May 1, 1952.

On December 16, 1960, in Chickasha, Lee married the love of his life, Ruby Parham. They settled in Midwest City, where Lee was employed with Humpty-Dumpty and several other grocery stores around the area, as the butcher and meat market manager. He retired in 1993. After his retirement Ruby wanted to move back "home" so they moved to Chickasha, where they have lived since.

Lee loved his family and always looked forward to the visits from his daughters and grandchildren. He was also an avid pool player, and spent much of his free time at the table. He truly enjoyed the game, and was always eager to accept anyone's challenge to play.

He was preceded in death by both parents and one son, Richard Keith Robinson.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby, of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law: Leah Dawn and Scott Spear, of Murrieta, California; and Gayla Ann and David Blott, of Austin, Texas; brother, Don Robinson, of Burlington, Kansas; sister, Evelyn Monroe, of Topeka, Kansas; and five grandchildren: Jordan and wife Jenny Robinson, Brittany Blott, Christian Robinson, Ryan Spear, and Taylor Spear.

Services were under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Doris Ann Robinson-Webber, 64, of Chickasha, OK will be held Saturday January 30, 2009 @ 2:00 p.m. at Chickasha Christian Center, 2205 South 4th Street, Chickasha, OK.

Doris was born March 24, 1934, in Chickasha, OK unto Willie Clay, and Willie Mae Robinson. She passed away at St. Anthonys hospital in Oklahoma City, on Saturday morning, January 24, 2009.

Internment will be held at Fairlawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown/Christian Funeral Home.

Wayne Franklin Robinson

Graveside service for Wayne Franklin Robinson, age 63. of Ninnekah, Oklahoma will be held 1:30 pm Monday April 23, 2007 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha.

Wayne Franklin Robinson was born August 24, 1943 in Chickasha. He died Friday April 20, 2007 at his home in Ninnekah.

Wayne was born and raised in the Chickasha area. He attended Chickasha High School. He married Veta Wheat May 27, 1963 and fathered four children, he moved to California for six years then returned to Oklahoma to raise his family while he was employed as a roofer.

His parents Jesse and Millie [Minton] Robinson, five brothers Okie, Cecil, Floyd, Jerry and Ramon Robinson, one sister Margie, one great-grandson Joshua Solano and one nephew Terry Robinson all preceded him in death.

Survivors include: his wife, Veta Robinson of Chickasha; two sons: Eddie Robinson and wife Laurel of Chickasha; Johnny Robinson of Chickasha; two daughters: Stacy Lewis and husband Tom E. of Ninnekah; Laveta Black of Chickasha; fourteen grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Wilma Weakley of Chickasha; Cora Jean Ferguson of Chickasha; Rosie Blevins; two sister-in-laws: Sharon Robinson of Rush Springs; Bertha Robinson of Chickasha; numerous nieces and nephews.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Raymond Leroy Robinson, 53 of Chickasha will be held 11:00 AM Monday December 6, 2004 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.

Robinson was born July 8, 1951 in Chickasha. He was the son of Jessie Franklin and Millie [Minton] Robinson. He died Friday December 3, 2004 in Chickasha.

Raymond was a life long resident of Chickasha. He had worked at the Chickasha Opportunity Workshop.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Floyd, Okie, Cecil and Jerry Robinson and by one sister Margie Ann Robinson.

Survivors include: One brother: Wayne Franklin Robinson of Ninnekah; Two sisters: Wilma Faye Weakley of Chickasha and Cora Jean Ferguson of Chickasha.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

His family extends a special Thank You to Hospice of Chickasha for their kind and loving care of Raymond.
