Nora Belle [Davidson] Osborn
June 25, 1904 ~ February 2,1996


Nora Belle graduated from Pocasset High School and then married Bob Osborn on September 6, 1923 in Chickasha.

In 1937, she obtained a teaching degree from Central State College in Edmond, Oklahoma, and taught in several schools in Grady County. She also served as County Superintendent while Bob was in the US Air Force during World War II.

Jonathan Michael Osborn

Funeral services for Jonathan Michael Osborn, 32, of Chickasha, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at First Baptist Church with Johnny Tims officiating and Michael Butler assisting.

Jonathan Michael Osborn was born September 23, 1983 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Ricky Frank Osborn and Donna Gaye [Lowery] Osborn. He died Thursday, October 29, 2015 near Amber, Oklahoma.

Jon moved to Pocasset with his family when he was an infant and at the age of four they moved to Chickasha. He attended Chickasha Public Schools and graduated in 2002 from Chickasha High School.

On March 11, 2005 he married Mandy Carol Sales and together they had three children, Baylee Carol, Aubree Grace, and Lane Michael.

He loved to drive big trucks, smoke meat on the grill, and help out in the sound booth at First Baptist Church, where he attended and was a member. He and his wife taught the 5th and 6th grade Sunday School class for eight years. He also enjoyed harvest time on the farm.

Jon was preceded in death by his grandmother, El Dean Lowery; grandfather, Glen Osborn; grandmother, Wanna Fae Osborn; grandfathers-in-law, Alva Turner and Harlis Sales.

He is survived by his wife, Mandy, daughters, Baylee and Aubree Osborn, and son, Lane Osborn, all of the home; parents, Rick and Donna Osborn of Chickasha; brother, Joe Osborn of Ada; sister and brother-in-law, Jilene and Evan Blasingame of Chickasha; sister, Jennifer Osborn of Weatherford; father-in-law and mother-in-law, DeRedact and Beverly Sales of Chickasha; sister-in-law, Megan Sales; sister-in-law Jessica McClary and her husband, Billy; brother-in-law, Jeremiah Sales and his wife, April; brother-in-law, Christopher Sales; sister-in-law, Carli Sales; grandfather, Jack Lowery and his wife, Carole; five nieces and four nephews; and other extended family and friends.

Services and interment in Fairlawn Cemetery are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
