Graveside service for Jewel Faye Miles, age 75 of Chickasha, Oklahoma was held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday July 10, 2004 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha.

Jewel Faye Miles was born October 28, 1928 in Russell, Oklahoma.

She died Friday July 9, 2004 in Chickasha.

Jewell was the daughter of Jim and Mollie Brown (Riner) Hartline and was the 5th of 8 children.

She resided in Chickasha most of her life. She retired from Arvin-Meritor [Maremont] in 1988 where she was employed for several years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Miles in 1987, also by one son, James Gonzalez, her father and mother and three brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Shirley Miles Walker of Grapevine, Texas; granddaughter, Tina Kedy Burns and her husband Charles of Keller, Texas; great grandchildren, Bradon Lynch and baby boy Lynch to be of Alice Springs, Australia; stepson, Freddie Miles of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one brother, Garland Hartline and two sisters, Erma Johnson and Ima Griggs all of Chickasha; four sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Interment was in Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
