Funeral service for Cindy Sue McCurley, 34, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at the First Baptist Church of Chickasha.

Cindy Sue McCurley was born July 2, 1972 in Chickasha, Oklahoma the daughter of Elbert and Mary [Bunch] Cox and died July 20, 2006 in Chickasha.

Cindy died with Ciscili, Cassandra, Chelsee, Casey, Sidney and Thomas.

Cindy worked as a caregiver for Health Care Services.

She was preceded in death by: Father: Elbert Cox.

Survivors include; one son: Christopher McCurley; mother: Mark Cox; uncles: James Bunch; ohn Billingsley; aunts: Neva Jo Campbell; Camelia Sparks; many cousins.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Ciscili Shantel McCurley was born April 24, 1994 in Chickasha, Oklahoma and died July 20, 2006 in Chickasha.

She died with Cindy, Cassandra, Chelsee, Casey, Thomas and Sidney.

Ciscili was preceded in death by: grandmother: Mary McCurley; grandfather: Elbert Cox.

Survivors include: father and his wife: Michael and Sandi McCurley; brothers: Christopher McCurley and Jesse Bonds; sisters: Kaitlyn Bonds and Maegan McCurley; grandfather: Delbert McCurley, Sr.; grandmother: Mary Cox; grandparents: Eldon & Patricia Fitzpatrick; uncles: Delbert McCurley, Jr. and wife, Christine; Joseph Fitzpatrick and wife, Michelle; Ballard Fitzpatrick and wife, Karen; aunts: Pamela Frias and husband, Victor; Denise Ramirez and husband, Modesto; Teresa Fitzpatrick; Sarah Lane and husband, Jason; many cousins and friends.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Casey was born September 17, 1997 in Chickasha to Billy Donald Hendrix and the late Cindy [Cox] McCurley.
