Olga Anita "Tommie" [Shepard] Martin
September 6, 1919 ~ September 7, 2004


Graveside service for Olga Anita "Tommie" Martin, 85, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 10, 2004, at the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha.

Olga Anita Martin, known by her family and friends as "Tommie" was born September 6, 1919, to Arvin Shepard and Alma Marie Moore Shepard in Duncan, Oklahoma. She died September 7, 2004, in Chickasha.

She married Arthur Ott Martin July 9, 1938, in Duncan, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death October 31, 1975.

Mrs. Martin lived in Chickasha for over 50 years.

She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Joe Loyd Marton, son, Bill Don Martin, parents, three brothers, and four sisters.

Survivors include one son and his wife, Larry Dale and Judy Martin, of Chickasha; four grandchildren, Loyd Martin of Chickasha, Lisa Winstone of Chickasha, Dale Martin of Chickasha, Stacee Carter of Rush Springs; two sisters, Dorothy Mobley of Duncan, and Irene Speary of McKinney, Texas; eight great grandchildren.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
