He died December 19, 2005, in Chickasha. © The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma Thursday, December 22, 2005 October 12, 1957 ~ December 19, 2005 Graveside services for Stacey Mack Holmes, 48, of Chickasha will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 23, 2005 in the Fairlawn Cemetery with Steve Verser officiating. Stacey Mack Holmes was born October 12, 1957, in Lubbock, Texas the son of Henry Allen Holmes and Billie J. [Wise] Holmes. He died Monday, December 19, 2005, in Chickasha Stacey moved to Liberal, Kansas as a young child. He attended and graduated from Liberal High School. He worked several years at A & A Construction, in Liberal, Kansas, doing concrete finishing. He came to Chickasha in 1985, and went to work for Delbert Spearman Tree Trimming Service. He was an outdoorsman, he loved anything to do with nature, expecially fishing. He was prececed in death by his father; one brother, Don G. Young; and grandmother, Eunice Tuttle. He is survived by his mother, Billie Burrows; one son, Andrew Holmes, of Chanute, Kansas; one sister, Allana Dohm, of Chickasha; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Rodger and Anita Holmes, of Liberal, Kansas and Kelly and Rhonda Burrows, of Chickasha; five nephews: Kenneth Dohm, Glann Holmes, Brian Holmes, John Cody Burrows, and Rylan Burrows; two nieces: Karen Verser and Destinee Dohm. Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home. |
