© The Chickasha Express-Star Tuesday, February 27, 2007 December 6,1949 ~ February 23, 2007 Julian Glen Hazelrigg, age 57, went to be with his Lord on Friday, February 23, 2007 at an Oklahoma City hospital after a long period of declining health. He was born December 6,1949 in Pauls Valley, OK to Julian Greer and Mozell Marie [Baker] Hazelrigg and grew up in Attica, KS and Chickasha. Julian graduated from Chickasha High School and USAO with a BS degree in mathematics and business administration. He worked in sales and business administration his entire life. He spent many years with C.R. Anthony Co. as store manager, and in 1980 was honored as having the first Million Dollar store in Cushing, OK. The last 16 years were spent with Johnson-Diversy as Territory Mgr. and Account Sales Mgr. Julian was an avid OU football fan and an active member of The Bridge A/G Church in Mustang. He married the former Vanita White of Cement on October 5, 1973 in Chickasha, OK. He is survived by his wife, Vanita, two sons, S/Sgt Michael of San Antonio, TX, and Daniel of Yukon. Other survivors include his mother, Mozell Hazelrigg, of Chickasha, and brother Tony and wife Lois of Ninnekah, as well as other friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Julian Greer Hazelrigg, of Chickasha. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, 2:00 pm at The Bridge Assembly of God in Mustang followed by interment in Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, OK under the direction of McNeil's Mustang Funeral Service, Mustang, Oklahoma. |
