Hatfield Jr., 80, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, January 18, 2001, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. J.B. Hatfield Jr. was born September 4, 1920, in Cement, Oklahoma, the son of J.B. and Hilma (Dahl) Hatfield, and died Friday, January 12, 2001 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Mr. Hatfield moved to Chickasha from Covington in 1976. He and Katherine Patton were married August 29, 1950 in Enid, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death. Mr. Hatfield worked for Baker Oil Tool Company. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1942 to 1945. Mr. Hatfield was a faithful member of the First Lutheran Church of Chickasha since 1976. He was also preceded in death by: his parents; 5 sisters: Alice, Gladys, Myrtle, Mary and Mable; 4 brothers: Bill, Roy, Ole and Joe. Survivors include: 2 brothers: Haskell Hatfield of Hinkley, Illinois, Norman Hatfield of Las Vegas, Nevada; a host of nieces and nephews. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
