Funeral services for William "Bill" Guy, 61, of Chickasha, Okla., are pending with Ferguson Funeral Home.

William "Bill" Guy was born October 2, 1942, and died on Wednesday, January 24, 2004, in the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Okla.

Funeral services for William "Bill" Guy, 61, of Chickasha, will be held Friday, January 23, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. in the New Life Christian Church in Chickasha, with Gary Layman officiating.

Bill Guy was born October 02, 1942, in Alexandria, Louisiana, the son ofHugh Arnold Guy and Lynette Kirby Guy. He died January 20, 2004, in the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Bill grew up in Glenmora, LA, and graduated from Glenmora High School in 1960.

After high school, he joined the U. S. Navy, where he served for two and one-half years.

Upon completing his service, he was employed as a radio technician in Lafayette, LA. Later he went to work for Union Oil Company as an electrical engineer and was transferred to Houston, TX, where he was instrumental in developing microwave technology for communication with offshore drilling rigs. Also, while with Union Oil, he was involved in implementing the automated transmission of credit card information to a central location as well as numerous other projects.

He then became self-employed as a business consultant with several different companies, helping them to build and grow. He came to Chickasha in 1982, where he went to work for Sentry Manufacturing. Eventually, he purchased the company in the mid 1980s, and he was currently president and CEO.

He married Dana Webb on June 12, 1987, in Chickasha. Bill was a multitalented person who enjoyed playing numerous musical instruments, painting, singing, golfing, and loved computer flight simulators.

Bill was preceded in death by both parents and a son, Gregory Arnold Guy.

Survivors include his wife, Dana, of the home; two sons: Tony and his wife Debbie Guy, of The Woodlands, TX, and Charles Guy of Moore, OK; two grandchildren: Christopher and Matthew Guy, of The Woodlands, TX; one brother and sister-in-law, Kirby and Diedre Guy of Glenmora, LA; his mother-in-law, Lorene Webb; and one brother-in-law, Steve Webb, both of Chickasha.

Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha, under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.

Dana Jo [Webb] Guy

Graveside services for Dana Jo Guy, 67, of Chickasha will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 in Fairlawn Cemetery with Ezell Nelson officiating.

Dana Jo [Webb] Guy was born October 17, 1952 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Walter Wallace Webb and Lorene B. [Welchel] Webb. She died on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at her home in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Dana grew up in Chickasha and graduated from Chickasha High School.

After high school, she worked for Chickasha Express for a few years. Then went to work for Sentry Manufacturing Company, where she met her husband, William “Bill” Guy. They married on June 12, 1987 and together owned and operated Sentry Manufacturing, turning it into a really big success.

Dana loved spending time with her family and enjoyed watching nature, the turkeys and other birds outside her home.

She was preceded in death by both parents, husband Bill in 2004, sister Donna White, brothers, Walter Webb, Jr. “Sonny” and Steve Webb.

Survivors are her two nephews and spouses, Kevin White and Mary Birch and Nathan and Sara Ramsey, all of Chickasha; great-nieces, Rileigh Ko and husband Bryson and Raylee Ramsey; great-great nephews, Kacen and Jaxon Ko; numerous cousins and many friends.

Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
