© The Chickasha Daily Express Chickasha, Oklahoma Friday, December 26, 2014 Emma Lou Flesher August 20, 1938 ~ December 23, 2014 Graveside service for Emma Lou Flesher, age 76 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Fairlawn Cemetery. Rev. Jeremy Carr will officiate. Emma Lou was born the daughter of Jesse Lee Flesher and Hazel Ellen Davis Flesher on August 20, 1938 in Ninnekah, Oklahoma. She died on December 23, 2014 in Oklahoma City. Lou grew up in the Chickasha area and graduated from Chickasha High School in 1956. She attended Capital Business School then went to work for an Oklahoma City Doctor as a medical assistant. She retired in 1987 due to a medical disability and lived in Oklahoma City the rest of her life. Lou was a member of the Oakcrest Nazarene Church in Oklahoma City. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Lee and Hazel Ellen Flesher; brothers, Victor and Jimmy Flesher. Survivors include her sister, Barbara Cayton of Chickasha; brother, Kenneth Flesher of Oklahoma City; sister, Colleen Perdue of Oklahoma City; numerous nieces, nephews, and several cousins. |
