July 15, 1923 ~ January 9, 2003


Theoda Eld, age 79, a Colorado Springs resident since 1964, passed away Friday, January 3, 2003, at her home in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Theoda Florence Arthur was born July 15, 1923, in Minco, Oklahoma, to Bruce and Jessie Mae [Rinn] Arthur, who are now deceased. She was raised in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She married Charles V. Eld, who is also now deceased.

She is survived by her two sons, Steven B. Eld of Golden, Colorado, and Ronald C. Eld of San Diego, California; her sister-in-law Frances [Arthur] Grimes, and family of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.

Private graveside services will be held in Chickasha, Oklahoma, at a future date. Interment will be held at a Chickasha cemetery.
