© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma October 4, 2000 Ida Maye [Warren] Brunner June 2, 1934 ~ October 1, 2000 Graveside service for Ida Maye Warren Brunner, 66, of Hurst, Texas, former Chickasha resident, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 4, 2000, in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha. Robert Eufinger of Oklahoma City and Ralph McDaniels of Minco will be officiating. Ida Maye Warren Brunner was born June 2, 1934 in Minco, Oklahoma, the daughter of Robert F. and Olen [Claytor] Warren and died Sunday, October 1, 2000 in Grapevine, Texas. Because of crippling from childhood arthritis, she was forced to leave CHS before graduation in 1952. She remained active with the 1952 Alumni and was instrumental in helping with many class reunions. In 1982 she moved to Oklahoma City and became involved in her sister's china painting business and made many friends nationwide. Ida was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include: mother: Olen Moore of Madill, Oklahoma; 2 daughters: Jerri Foster of Grapevine, Texas, Robyn Baxter of Arlington, Texas; 1 brother: Bobby Warren of Denton, Texas; 1 sister: Dorothy Young of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 3 granddaughters: Michelle Butler, Jennifer Butler, Courtney Butler, all of Texas; 2 grandsons: Michael Butler, Justin Butler both of Texas; 1 great granddaughter: Taylor of Texas; special aunt and uncle: Hazel and Ralph McDaniel of Minco, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
