© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma June 13, 2011 Judith Faye "Judy" [Chancellor] Beauchamp September 12, 1950 ~ June 9, 2011 Graveside funeral services will be held for Judith "Judy" Faye Chancellor Beauchamp, 60, at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2011, in Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha with Mike Rogers officiating. Judith "Judy" Faye Chancellor Beauchamp was born on September 12, 1950, to Chuck Chancellor and Faye Lewis Chancellor in Fort Sill, Oklahoma where Chuck was stationed in the Army. She passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011, at Integris Hospital in Oklahoma City after battling breast cancer. Judy attended Alex and Chickasha Public Schools. She married Ronnie Stidham on June 2, 1967 and they had two sons, Robbie and Brian. She owned a beauty salon in Chickasha and taught at Aladdin Beauty School for several years. On August 16, 1988, she married Dennis Beauchamp. For the past ten years Judy has worked at the Chickasha Sterling House as the Activities Director. She loved spending time with her grandsons and Anita Stidham, who was like a mother to her. She also enjoyed camping-even if it was just staying in the travel trailer overnight in her front yard with her grandkids! She was preceded in death by both parents and brother Tigger Chancellor. Survivors include: husband Dennis Beauchamp of the home; two sons, Robbie Stidham of Stephenville, TX, and Brian Stidham and wife Jill of Chickasha; three grandsons, Mason Stidham and Cason Stidham of Chickasha, and Austin Stidham of Lone Grove, OK; brother Tommy Chancellor; two sisters, Cheryl Wenninger and Terri Jernigan; and several nieces and nephews. Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.. |
