Rev. Wes Warren, of Minco Assembly of God Church, and Rev. Sonja Tobey, of the Union City and Cogar United Methodist Churches, will officiate. Thelma Spruill was born May 26, 1920, at Pauls Valley, Okla., and died on Tuesday, July 6, 2004, in El Reno, Okla. Wes Warren of the Minco Assembly of God Church and Rev. Sonja Tobey of the Union City and Cogar United Methodist Churches officiating. Thelma Spruill was born May 26, 1920 at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to William and Exie (Poole) Williams and died Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at El Reno. She was a homemaker who lived in Minco, moved to El Reno in 1989 and back to Minco five months ago. Ms. Spruill was preceded in death by parents: William and Exie Williams; Husband Willie McCathern 1-9-1962; and Husband Larry Owen Spruill 10-7-1991; two sisters: Ruby McCathern and Willy Cleveland Williams. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Edward and Dorothy McCathern of Meeker, Oklahoma; two daughters and sons-in-law: Janice and Matt Woodring of El Reno, Geneva and Joe Fields of Minco; one brother: J.C. Williams of Moore; two sisters: Martha Franklin of Anadarko, Vernie Tatum of Crowley, Texas; five Grandchildren: Jeff and Jennifer McCathern, Steve and Melissa McCathern, Kevin McCathern, Becky and Stacy McCrackin, Aerin Spruill; seven Great Grandchildren: Ty, Brandt and Michalla McCathern, Sheldon and Shelby McCrackin, Christian Schwab and Stevie Ann McCathern. Burial was at Evergreen Cemetery of Minco under the direction of Huber~Reynolds Funeral Home in Minco. |
