Rev. Steven Massey will be officiating. Ricci Rachelle Polk was born March 24, 1970 in Oklahoma City to Tony Barba and Sandra Stiles. She died Monday, July 10, 2006 at Grand Forkls, North Dakota. Rev. Steven Massey officiated under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco. Ricci Rachelle Polk was born March 24, 1970 in Oklahoma City to Tony Barba and Sandra Stiles and died Monday, July 10, 2006 at Grand Forks, North Dakota. Ricci had lived in Oklahoma most of her life and worked as a game operator for a traveling carnival. She was preceded in death by her parents: Sandra [Stiles] Sultuska and Tony Barba. Survivors include Stepfather: Rodney Sultuska of Oklahoma City; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Doug and Janis Polk of Blanchard and Tony Polk of Oklahoma City; one daughter: Jessica Polk of Oklahoma City; one sister and brother-in-law: Donise and Jeremiah Gwin of Minco; one brother: Chris Barba of Boley; two grandchildren: Damien and Charley Polk of Blanchard. |
