© El Reno Tribune Home El Reno, Oklahoma November 9, 2005 Anna Louise [Martin] Peavler Bosler Hedges April 3, 1914 ~ October 27, 2005 Memorial services for Louise Peavler-Bosler, a former Minco resident, were held in Buena Vista, Colo., with graveside services set for 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Minco Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. David Mercer officiating. Mrs. Peavler-Bosler died October 27, 2005, in Salida, Colo. She was born April 3, 1914, in Agawam. She graduated from Minco High School in 1931 and attended Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha. She taught for several years in rural Oklahoma schools and later earned a degree from Western State College in Gunnison, Colo. She became the first woman to teach at the Colorado State Reformatory in Buena Vista, Colo., retiring in 1971. She is survived by sons, Terry Peavler and James Peavler; stepdaughters, Jody Springer, Jerry Watkins and Sheryl McCullough; stepsons, Jim Bosler, Jack Bosler, Tim Bosler, Tom Bosler and David Bosler; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. © The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma Sunday, 21 May 2006 Anna Louise [Martin] Peavler Bosler Hedges April 3, 1914 ~ October 27, 2005 Louise Peavler~Bosler, a former resident of the Minco community, died October 27, 2005 at the age of 91 in Salida, Colorado. A Memorial service was held in Beuna Vista, Colorado and a graveside service will be conducted by Rev. David Mercer at the Minco Evergreen Cemetery on May 24, at 10 a.m. Anna Louise Martin was born on Apriil 3, 1914, in Agawam, Oklahoma, the second daughter of the late William Charles Martin and Theoda Rinn Martin. |
