Samuel Jerome Mottesherd
September 2,1881 ~ March 15, 1966


Funeral services for Samuel J. Mottesherd. Mince, will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday meeting in the Minco First Baptist Church. Rev. Bob Catlett Officiating.

Mr. Mottesherd died this morning in Grady Memorial Hospital at the age of 84.

A resident of Minco community since 1905. He was born in Flemington,Mo. On September 2,1881. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Surviving include his wife Annie of the home; four daughters Mrs. Mildred Howery of Minco, Mrs. Pearl McDaniel of Tecumseh, Mrs. Helen Pitman of Binger and Mrs. Velma Rae Girley of Hitchcock and a brother Authur Mottesherd of Flemington.

Burial will be under the direction of Reynolds Funeral Home will be in the Evergreen Cemetery at Minco.
