"Pistol" Locke, 71, former Minco resident will be held on Friday, January 19, 2007, at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Minco. Rev. Jerry Cradduck will officiate. Pistol was born on March 13, 1935 in Minco to Jesse Barney and Mabel Marie [Myers] Locke. He passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 in Oklahoma City. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Minco under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco. © The Tuttle Times Tuttle, Oklahoma January 19, 2007 Gerald B. "Pistol" Locke March 13, 1935 ~ January 16, 2007 Funeral services for Gerald B. "Pistol" Locke, 71 former Minco resident were held on Friday January 19, 2007, 2 pm at the First Baptist Church of Minco with Rev. Jerry Cradduck officiating. Pistol was born on March 13, 1935 at Minco to Jesse Barney and Mabel Marie [Myers] Locke. He passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at Oklahoma City. Pistol had lived in the Minco and Cogar community all of his life and graduated from Minco High School in 1955. He joined and served in the United States Air Force after Korea. He worked and retired from the City of Minco as a maintenance worker. Pistol married Beulah Ola [Scoggins] on June 22, 1992 at El Reno. Mr. Locke was preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Mabel Locke; wife Ola on June 26, 1995; one brother: Allan A. Locke; one sister: Linda Taylor. He is survived by one daughter: Rebecca (Unknown last name and address); two sisters and brothers-in-law: Joy and Vernon Kettler of Tuttle and Pat and Don Chism of San Mateo, CA; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: Ben Locke of Crescent, Dean and Kelly Locke of Edmond, and Willie and Susan Locke of Frazier Park, CA; one brother-in-law: Jerry Taylor of Chandler. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery of Minco under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco. |
