April 25, 1904 ~ May 24, 2004 Funeral services for August Ferdinand "Ferd" Kuhlman, 100, of Minco were held Friday, May 28, 2004, 2 p.m. at the Hazel Dell Baptist Church southwest of Minco. Burial was at Evergreen Cemetery in Minco under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home in Minco. Mr. Kuhlman was born April 25, 1904 on the family farm in Cogar, Oklahoma to Mr. and Mrs. William Henry Kuhlman. He died Monday, May 24, 2004 at the Tuttle Care Center in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Mr. Kuhlman had lived in the Minco and Cogar communities all of his life and married Lillian Nettie [Shoffit] on October 18, 1944 at Anadarko. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Hazel Dell Baptist Church. Mr. Kuhlman was preceded in death by his parents; wife Lillian Kuhlman; one daughter, Shirley Kuhlman; one brother, Henry Kuhlman and three sisters, Marie Cook, Grace Neimann and Rose Perry. He is survived by six sons and four daughters-in-law, Rick and Debbie Kuhlman of Tuttle; Derrell and Agnes Kuhlman of Chickasha; Jim and Olga Kuhlman of Annandale, Virginia; Gary Kuhlman of Dallas, Texas; David and LuAnn Kuhlman of Minco; Roger Kuhlman of Mustang. One Daughter and Son-in-law, Lavada and Lin Jones of Oklahoma City; and 19 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. |
