© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma Friday, April 26, 1991 Frank France Kimbro April 24, 1908 ~ April 24, 1991 Funeral for Frank France Kimbro, 83, Marlow, will be a 2 pm Saturday, April 27, 1991, in the Assembly of God Church, Marlow. Rev. Alvin McConnell will officiate. Burial will be in Bradley Cemetery. He was born April 24, 1908, in Sallisaw and died Wednesday, April 24, 1991, in a Duncan hospital. He had lived in Marlow since 1973 and in Cox City previous to that time. He was a retired farmer and welder. He attended Sandy Grove School, Bradley. He was married on Dec. 29, 1929, in Alex to Flora Mae McDaniel. Survivors include his wife, Flora, of the home; five daughters, Florence Yandell of Edmond, Flonnie Shannon of Marlow, Patsy Forsythe of Oklahoma City, Freeda Gamble of Rocklin, Calif., and Florene Wilkerson of Mustang; five sons, Floyd Kimbro of Lawton, Frederick Kimbro of Marlow, Frank Kimbro Jr. of Rogers, Ark., Ferman Kimbro of Ryan, and Wayne Kimbro of Duncanville, Texas; 30 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sons, Frank Wilbur Kimbro in 1933, Farrell Gene Kimbro in 1949 and Fizshugh Ray Kimbro in 1981. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Services will be under the direction of Callaway~Smith~Cobb Funeral Home, Marlow. |
