She set up educational programs for OEA and enjoyed cooking. She is survived by one son, three daughters, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. |
Thursday, March 1, 2012 Randall Wayne "Randy" Decker July 15, 1957 ~ March 1, 2012 Rush Springs: Randall Wayne Decker, 54, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012 in Oklahoma City. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at the Vimy Ridge Baptist Church, with David Hale officiating. Burial will be in the Bailey Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs. Randy was born Monday, July 15,1957 in Oklahoma City, to Earl Wayne Decker and Shirley Ann [Heard] Decker. Randy was a life long Rush Springs resident and graduated from Rush Springs High School in 1976. He worked in the oilfield as a roughneck for several years and for a time, owned the tire shop in Rush Springs. Randy enjoyed riding around in the country and took great pride in teaching Teaha how to drive. He was always willing to help anybody in need and did all he could to help provide for his mom. Randy enjoyed family gatherings where he could tease his nieces and nephews, fishing, watching westerns and NASCAR, listening to the radio and when he was younger, he enjoyed horseback riding. He attended Vimy Ridge Baptist Church in Rush Springs. Survivors include, wife, Linda "Dallas" of the home, daughter, Teaha Frazier and husband Josh of Cement, three grandchildren, Ryan, Hunter and Presley, father, Earl Decker of San Diego, CA, two sisters, Teresa Williams and husband Toejoe of Marlow, Charlotte Hayes and husband Lonnie of Rush Springs, aunt, Patsy Davis and husband Arnold of Marlow, several nieces and nephews. Randy was preceded in death by his mother, sister, Tammara Kay, maternal and paternal grandparents, nephew, Teddy Taber, great nephew, Logan Taber. Pallbearers will be: Joe Tunnel, Johnny Horton, Lonnie Hayes, Larry Hayes, Dusty Hayes, Steve Jones and Toejoe Williams. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society. |
