© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma Friday, October 2005 September 13, 1961 ~ October 4, 2005 Funeral service for Steven LaVaughn Mosier, 44, of Blanchard, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, October 6, 2005 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Steven LaVaughn Mosier was born September 13, 1961 in Chickasha, Oklahoma and passed away Tuesday morning, October 4, 2005 at the age of 44 due to complications from diabetes. He was currently living with his parents Reverend Roy and Barbara Mosier of Blanchard, Oklahoma. He attended grade school in Chickasha and graduated from Am-Po High School in 1979 and attended college at USAO in Chickasha. Steve was a faithful member of the Fellowship Baptist Church of Blanchard He was preceded in death by: His loving wife, Loretta, four grandparents, and an uncle. Survivors include Parents: Roy and Barbara Mosier of the home; one brother: Jeffrey Mosier and his wife Tami of Yukon, Oklahoma, sister: Melissa Cox and her husband Chris of Frisco, Texas; Grandmother: Helen Joslin of Tuttle. Steve had five nieces and nephews that will miss his loving teasing; Daniel Faith, Kyle, Joshua and Tessa. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins. Interment will be in the Amber Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church or the Diabetes Research Foundation. |
