Wesley Grant Shaw
April 11, 1936 ~ May 17, 2014


.Gravesides services for Wesley Grant Shaw, of Alex, OK will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, May 23, 2014 at the Alex Cemetery.

Wesley Grant Shaw was born April 11, 1936 in Bradley, OK to William Charlie and Elwa Delores [Palmer] Shaw. He passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2014 in Chickasha, OK at the age of 78. William Charlie and Elwa Delores [Palmer] Shaw.

Mr. Shaw grew up in Bradley and graduated from Alex High School.William Charlie and Elwa Delores [Palmer] Shaw.

He served in the Oklahoma Army National Guard.

He married Patricia Arney on December 27, 1968 in Chickasha, OK and they made their home in the Alex area.

He had worked for Chickasha Mobile Homes and retired from Merimont (Gabriel) in Chickasha.

He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and being in the outdoors.

Mr. Shaw was a member of the Southside Church of Christ, Alex.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William "Billy" Shaw.

Mr. Shaw is survived by his wife, Pat of the home. A brother, Paul Kendell Shaw, 2 nephews: William "Sonny" Shaw and Dustin Shaw and his wife, Cathy. Great nieces and nephews: Ashley Shaw, Dakota Shaw, Courtnee Shaw and Maryann Shaw, An uncle, Walter Shaw, An aunt, Ina Mae Shaw And several cousins and other family.

Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, OK.
