William Henry McKee
February 24, 1928 ~ February 4, 2002


William "Henry" McKee married Lena Fae Fleming Dec 7, 1948 in Maryland. They had six children Kenneth George McKee, Henrietta Ann McKee, Malena Sue McKee Wies, Nancy Jean McKee Chapman, Sarah Mae McKee Young and Henry Lee McKee. They have 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

He spent the majority of his life farming other people's farms. Later he worked in the oil fields and his last job was a school bus driver. He liked being outdoors. He never wanted to work inside.

Lena Fae [Fleming] McKee
March 26, 1932 ~ August 29, 2018


Lena Fae McKee, 86, of Alex, departed this life for her heavenly home on August 29, 2018 from Chickasha, Oklahoma. The daughter of Elvin Clyde Fleming and Sarah Belle [Goodin] Fleming, she was born March 26, 1932 in Dibble, Oklahoma.

She was a homemaker and was a long-time member of the Alex Assembly of God Church and worked as the church secretary for many years. Most recently, she has been a member of Main Street Church of Christ in Alex.

In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting and working in her yard. Lena was a prayer warrior and fervently prayed for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Lena was welcomed in Heaven by her parents; her husband, William Henry McKee; one son, Kenneth George McKee, one daughter Henrietta Ann McKee; two grandchildren, Julie McKee and Kevin McKee; son-in-law, Danny Chapman; three brothers, and three sisters.

Lena leaves behind three daughters, Malena Wies and her husband, Rod, of Port Ludlow, Washington, Nancy Chapman of Glen Rose, Texas, and Sarah Young of San Antonio, Texas; one son, Henry McKee and his wife, Debra, of Alex; daughter-in-law, Brenda McKee of Lindsay; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Rosetta McKee of Alex and Bernee Stevens of Oregon; and many other loved ones and friends.

The family will hold a memorial service at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, September 2, 2018, at the Main Street Church of Christ in Alex, Oklahoma.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
