© Chickasha Express~Star Chickasha, Oklahoma August 20-21, 2016 Kathleen Joy [Cotton] Davis Kathleen grew up and attended school in Alex, OK. She moved to Oklahoma City where she lived a short time before moving back to Alex. She married Earl D. Davis in 1959 and lived the rest of her life in Chickasha and Alex. Kathleen loved and knew Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She loved to talk about her faith and would often tell her son, "I don't worry about it any more. I just give it to the Lord". Kathleen also loved having company and loved animals. She was preceded in death by her father Clinton Cotton; mother Thelma Cotton Ludwell; step father Wiley B. Ludwell; infant daughter Jacklyn Davis, son Steven Michael Davis, and stepson Earl Douglas Davis, Jr. She is survived by her husband Earl D. Davis; son and wife Frank and Janell Ludwell; grandson Dr. Christopher Ludwell; great grandsons Jalin, Landry, Haydn and Boden Ludwell; aunt Jean Lowrey; step grandsons Stephen Rodriguez, Jayson Rodriguez and wife Jennifer; step great grandchildren Jaden Fuller, Rilee Fuller, Kaylee Rodriguez, Jayah Rodriguez, Jordan Rodriguez, Stephen Rodriguez Jr., Nadie Rodriguez; step great great granddaughter Norah Bashaw; special granddaughter Chanda Jennings. Interment will be in the Alex Cemetery. Services are under the direction of McRay Funeral Home |
