© The Chickasha Daily Express Chickasha, Oklahoma December 31, 2002 Mary Jane [Hobbs] Hefner January 21, 1947 ~ December 29, 2002 Funeral service for Mary Jane Hefner, 55, of Alex, Oklahoma will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, January 2, 2003, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Mary Jane Hefner was born January 21, 1947, in Fittstown, Oklahoma, the daughter of Winfry Burnard and Bertha [Billet] Hobbs, and died December 29, 2002, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mary worked at Delta Faucet for almost 8 years. She was preceded in death by: her husband: Bill Hefner; 3 brothers: Anthony "Tony" Clemetts Cassmeyer, Richard August Cassmeyer, Jimmy Winfry Hobbs; 1 sister, Dorothy Rose Holt; mother-in-law: Opal Hefner. Survivors include: 1 daughter: Pamela Middleton and husband, Randy, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; 3 sons: Billy Hefner and wife, Cindy, of Chickasha, David Hefner and wife, Melissia of Chickasha, Daniel Hefner of Alex; 1 brother and his wife: Roy and Cindy Hobbs of Oklahoma City; 4 sisters and their husbands: Marie and Darrell Mason of Newcastle, Charlene and Charles Mason of Chickasha, Betty and Rich Rousey of Berryville, Arkansas, Marcie and Hal Clark of California; sisters-in-law: Hiwanah Wood of Rush Springs, Tommie Hobbs of Oklahoma City, Carol Cassmeyer of Chickasha; brother-in-law: Harley Holt of Oklahoma City; father-in-law: W. W. "Bud" Hefner of Chickasha; long time companion: DeLyon Nightingale of Chickasha; 8 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Interment will be in the Alex Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. |
