Pearl Cordelia [Tullis] Griffey
December 5, 1912 ~ April 7, 2005


Graveside service for Pearl "Dee" Cordelia Griffey, 92, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, April 9, 2005 at the Alex Cemetery.

Pearl (Dee) Cordelia Griffey was born December 5, 1912 in Ringland, Oklahoma the daughter of Jess and Mary [Ashurt] Tullis and died April 7, 2005 in Chickasha.

Mrs. Griffey lived most of her life in the Davis and Sulpher areas. She had lived in Grady County for the last 20 years.

She and Joe Anderson Griffey were married July 2, 1955 in Ada, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1985.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Lily Bomesberger March, 2005, and one son, Ralph Jefferson Tullis.

Survivors include two nieces, Flossie Mead of Chickasha and Claudia Ann Edmondson of Chickasha; two nephews, Steve Lail of Chickasha and Don Lail of Chickasha; very special great great niece, Rachel Peters of Blanchard; and many other nieces, nephews and relatives.

Interment will be in the Alex Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
