Earl Douglas "Jack" Davis
April 26, 1928 ~ May 10, 2018


Earl Douglas Davis, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, was born April 26, 1928 in Van Alstyne, Texas to Earl and Mary Davis. He passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018 in Norman, Oklahoma at the Norman Veterans Home at the age of 90.

Mr. Davis served in the U.S. Army during World War II and Korea and retired after 20 years career. After the service he worked for Circle H Trailer of Chickasha for 20 years.

He married Kathleen Cotton in 1959 and they made their home in Chickasha. She preceded him in death on August 17, 2016.

He is also preceded in death by 2 sons, Douglas Davis and Steve Ludwell; and his parents; brother and sisters: Don Davis, Mossie Weatherley, Willie Mae Clark, Jessie Hickman and Frankie Copeland.

Mr. Davis is survived by his son, Frank Ludwell and his wife Janell;

3 grandchildren: Dr. Christopher Ludwell, Stephen Rodriguez and Jason Rodriguez.

Sisters: Rose Houston, Ruth Cary and Melody Welchel
