April 25, 1989 Harry Ernest Bryan March 16, 1909 ~ April 22, 1989 Harry E. Bryan, age 80, of OKC, passed away Saturday after a sudden illness, in Little Rock, Arkansas He was a member of Southern Hills Baptist Church and a Deacon for over 40 years. He received his LLB Degree in 1933 and his Juris Doctor in 1970. He was a member of the Garvin County and Okla. Bar Assns. He came to OKC in 1982 from Pauls Valley, OK. He married Era Steele in 1982 in OKC and she survives him, also 3 sons, Philip Bryan, Jacksonville, Tx., Lynn Bryan of Houston, Tx., Pat Bryan of OKC; 2 step-daughters, Jennie Lou Brandom of Houston, Tx. and Peggy Foxhall of Bethany; also 2 brothers, Bill Bryan and Albert Bryan, both of Lawton; a sister, Susie Ard of Hobart, Ok.; 10 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his first wife, Frances Isabelle Foster in 1981. Funeral services will be Tuesday, at 2pm, in the Paylor Funeral Home Chapel, with interment in the Alex Cemetery in Alex, Ok. |
