© Chickasha Express~Star Chickasha, Oklahoma June 12, 2015 Anthony Carl "Andy" Braziel June 21, 1955 ~ June 12, 2015 Graveside services for Anthony Carl "Andy" Braziel, 59, of Alex, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015, in the Alex Cemetery. Anthony Carl "Andy" Braziel was born June 21, 1955, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. He died Friday, June 12, 2015, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Andy joined the oilfield right out of high school. This would be his life-long career, taking him across the globe and back again. He was dedicated to his work no matter the task. Andy was a sports man. He enjoyed all sports and always a fan of the underdog, he was a fisherman and enjoyed every chance he had to wet a line. He had a special passion for his roosters, never missing an opportunity to talk, attend a gathering, or tend to his stock. He was a loyal friend, always there when needed whether good or bad. Andy was one of the last guys around that was still old school - and a handshake was binding. He was a man of his word and if he said he would then assured it was. He was a loving father and great friend. Although a private person, his personality would bleed through and touch others around him. Andy loved his grandchildren with all his might. His timing wasn't always perfect but a birthday, holiday, or special occasion wasn't forgotten by him; cards and gifts were always given from him and the grandkids knew Papa Andy would have a treat for them. Andy was preceded in death by his father, Jim Clyde Braziel; mother, Lois Kinard; and one son, Bryson Braziel. He leaves behind his son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Secrett Braziel of Chickasha; son, Kevin Braziel of Alex; grandchildren, Bryne, Brylee, and Isom Braziel; special friends, Todd Otey, Kevin Bean, Roger Martin, and Yolanda Grover; and other extended family and friends. Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home. © Chickasha Express~Star Chickasha, Oklahoma June 24, 2015 Anthony Carl "Andy" Braziel June 21, 1955 ~ June 12, 2015 Graveside services for Anthony Carl "Andy" Braziel, 59, of Alex, were held Tuesday, June 16, 2015, in the Alex Cemetery.
