Gerald Wayne "Jerry" Bell
May 10, 1939 ~ January 20, 2013


Graveside service for Gerald Wayne Bell, age 73 of Alex, Oklahoma will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, in the Alex Cemetery. Rev. Sue Lykins will officiate.

Gerald Wayne Bell was born the son of Gerald R. Bell and Dorothy Lee Lillie Bell on May 10, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He died on January 20, 2013 in Alex.

Jerry lived most of his life in Kentucky where he attended school.

After high school, he went to work for the Meade Paper Mill.

Jerry entered the United States Army in 1963.

After being discharged, he went back to work for Meade Paper Mill and retired with forty years of service.

Jerry married Grace Louise Bell on Dec. 31, 1974 in Walton, Kentucky.

They moved to Alex in July of 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Dorothy Bell, one brother, and one sister.

Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
