November 2015 Christine Loretta [Hickman] Bates April 25, 1955 ~ November 5, 2015 Christine Hickman Bates, of Wynnewood, passed away November 5, 2015 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years. Christine Loretta Hickman was born April 25, 1955 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Gaston and Anna Belle [Wallace] Hickman. She was raised in the Roff, Oklahoma and lived most of her life in the Roff and Ada area. She earned her CAN/CMA and worked in Healthcare for many years. On July 3, 1980 she was married to Ronnie Bates in Ada, Oklahoma. She has made Wynnewood her home for the past 2 years and was a member of the Sandy Hill Baptist Church. Christine was preceded in death by her parents, Gaston and Anna Belle Hickman; her husband, Ronnie Bates; one brother, Don Hickman; two sisters, Linda Gibson Hickman and Jo Ann Amos; two nieces, Candice Gibson and Michaela Gibson and one nephew, Jason Gibson. Her surviving family include two daughters, Jennifer Alexander of Moore; and LaKrista Bates of Ada; three grandchildren, Josiah, Allyssa and Gregory; four sisters, Magda Hickman of Wynnewood; Neatha Smith-Quinn of McAlester; June White Buffalo of Ada; and April Castillo of Oklahoma City; 5 brothers, Ron Hickman of Denver, Colorado; Herman Hickman of Tulsa; Phillip Hickman and Henry Hickman, both of Roff; and Roddy Hickman of Ada; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives |
