May 9, 1997 Anna Belle [Wallace] Alberson January 10, 1934 ~ May 9, 1997 Sulphur -- Services for Anna Belle Alberson, 63, Roff, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cowley-Krien Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Wise officiating. Interment will follow at Sandhill Cemetery. Wake services will be at 7 tonight. Born January 10, 1934, at Byars to Ben and Hannah Meely Wallace, she died May 9, 1997, at Oklahoma City. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Gaston Hickman, 1980, and Homer Alberson, 1989. Mrs. Alberson had lived in the area all of her life. She was a housewife, and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include six daughters, Jo Ann Taylor, Davis, Christina Bates, Fox, Linda Gibson, Pauls Valley, Magdaline Gibson, Wynnewood, June White Buffalo, Ada, April Castillo, Oklahoma City; one stepdaughter, Neatha Smith, McAlester; three sons, Phillip Hickman and Henry Hickman, Roff, Roderick Hickman, Ada; three stepsons, Ronald Hickman, Dallas, Donald Hickman, Colorado, Herman Hickman, Tulsa; two brothers, Luke Wallace, Oklahoma City, and Josh Wallace, Pauls Valley; two half brothers, Marvin Wallace and James Wallace, both Sulphur; two sisters, Geraldine Meely, Stratford, and Mary Lou Meely, Maysville; two half sisters, Pat Amos and June Capehart, both Sulphur; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Bearers are Eugene Castillo, Marvin Wallace, Kevin Wallace, Evan Wallace, Robert Taylor and James Wallace. Grandsons will serve as honorary bearers. |
