Alvin Chester Wigley Sr
April 19, 1926 ~ September 3, 2008


Alvin Chester Wigley, Sr., of England, Arkansas, was born April 19, 1926 in Petersburg, Texas to Ollie Ruff Wigley and Irene Ophelia David Wigley.

He passed away September 3, 2008 in England, Arkansas at the age of 82 years.

Alvin was raised in the Pauls Valley area and as lived in the England, Arkansas area since January 1999.

He was married to Rosalie Harper. He was a Trucker.

Alvin is survived by his wife, Rose, of the home; children, Sharon Irene, Alvin Chester Wigley, Jr, and Tammy, 3 brothers, W. R. Wigley, Jim Wigley and Gerald Wigley, 2 sisters, Minnie and Mary Beth.

Services were held Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 2:00 pm at the Paoli Cemetery. Interment was at the Paoli Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
