Tuesday, May 22, 2007 Frances Dell [Lovell] Waters January 9, 1953 ~ May 22, 2007 Frances Dell Waters of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born on January 9, 1953 to Velton and Mary [Love] Lovell in Columbus, Georgia and passed from this life on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 54 years. Mrs. Waters was raised in Ada, Oklahoma and graduated from Latta High School. On January 11, 1977 she and Steven Waters were married in Ada, Oklahoma. She was a member of Landmark Tabernacle Church in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Dell loved to play drums and she enjoyed playing basketball and doing crossword puzzles. Mrs. Waters is survived by: Her Husband: Steven Waters of the home 1 Son: Israel Waters of the home 1 Daughter: Rebekah Jennison of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma Mother: Mary Love of Ada, Oklahoma 2 Brothers: James Henderson of Alabama Leon Higdon of Georgia 3 Sisters: Linda Harrison of Alabama Sandra Davis of Georgia Bernice of Kentucky 1 Grandson: Daniel Jennison of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma Funeral services for Frances Dell Waters are scheduled for Thursday, May 24, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Landmark Tabernacle Church in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma with Pastor Don Akers officiating.
