She passed away May 27, 2004 at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 91 years. She was married to Virgil Thomas Teeter on July 6, 1930. She lived in this area most of her life and was a member of United Pentecostal Church in Paoli for over 60 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar & Dollie Scaff; her husband, Virgil T. Teeter on November 25, 1956; an infant daughter, Virginia; 2 brothers: Orville & Vernon Scaff; and 2 sisters: Opal & Marie Scaff. Survived by her 4 children, Geneva Whitaker of Paoli; Virgie & Harold Green of Burkburnett, Texas; Kenneth & Leona Teeter of Claremore and Pauline & Charles McMillan of Ft. Worth; 2 brothers, Hobert Scaff and Willard Scaff both of Sulphur; sister and brother in law, Irene & Leon Kinder of Paris, Texas; 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2004 at 2:00 pm at Paoli United Pentecostal Church officiated by Rev. Terry Erwin Burial will be at Paoli Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home. |
