January 16, 2011 Virginia Marie [Daniel] Streck Spencer September 30, 1923 ~ January 16, 2011 Virginia Marie Spencer, 87, of Oklahoma City, passed away January 16, 2011. She was born September 30, 1923 to Homer and Beulah Daniel in Whitehead, Oklahoma. Virginia enjoyed sewing, crafts, crosswords, and watching soap operas. She enjoyed beating her grandkids and great-grandkids in Trionimoes and Farkle. Virginia also enjoyed reading, she was a speed reader. She should have been a contestant on Wheel of Fortune and Price Is Right. She is survived by 2 daughters: Judy Wilmot & friend, L.C. Martin, of El Reno, OK; and Bettye Fisher and husband Larry of Moore, OK; 1 granddaughter, Mohauna Comes of OKC; 1 grandson, Al Wilmot, Jr. of OKC; 4 great-grandsons: Tyler Comes, Trevor Comes, Kayleb Brown, and Al Wilmot, III; 1 great-granddaughter, Jordan Wilmot; 1 sister, Shirley Tennison of Pauls Valley, OK; 2 brothers: Homer Daniel of Pauls Valley, OK; and Don Daniel of Ardmore, OK; host of cousins. Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, and 1 brother. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 20, 2011, at John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK. Interment to be held at 1:30 PM, Thursday, January 20, 2011, at Paoli Cemetery, Paoli, OK. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK. |
