Rachel B. [Keener] Sneathen
April 24, 1918 ~ June 23, 1982


AMARILLO - Funeral services for Mrs Rachel Sneathen, 64, of 309 S. Mississippi, a retired hospital worker and a Borger resident for 64 years, were held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Bykota Baptist Church.

The Rev. Darrell Lewis, and the Rev Lee Hillon, pastors of the church, officiated. Burial was in Paoli, Okla. Cemetery by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Sneathen died June 23 in Amarillo. She was a retired North Plains Hospital employee. She was a native of Borger.

Survivors are one son, Kenneth of Amarillo; one brother, Dewayne Keener of Borger; one sister, Mrs. Pauline Roach of San Antonio; and three grandchildren.
