December 26, 2013 Kenneth Ray Shaw October 8, 1939 ~ December 26, 2013 Kenneth Ray Shaw of Paoli, Oklahoma was born to Wilburn D. and Ada [Garrison] Shaw on October 8, 1939 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on December 26, 2013 in Paoli, Oklahoma at the age of 74 years. Ray grew up in the Paoli, Oklahoma area and attended school in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. He then attended college in Weatherford, Oklahoma and received a Bachelor's Degree. Ray worked as a case manager for D.H.S. in Garvin County and later became supervisor for the State Department of Human Services. In his spare time he loved planting flowers, riding four wheelers and fishing. The highlight of his life was time spent with family and friends. Mr. Shaw is survived by: Son: David Ray Shaw 2 daughters: Debbie Stephens and husband Bill of Tuttle, Oklahoma Rachael Flinn and husband Frank of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma 3 brothers: Ralph Shaw and wife Laverne of Edmond, Oklahoma Dub Shaw and wife Jane of Norman, Oklahoma Bob Shaw and wife Linda of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma 1 sister: Evelyn Wallace of Healdton, Oklahoma 5 grandchildren: Kristen Kaye Taylor, Aaron Ray Shaw, Colton Ray Flinn, Spencer Jameson Flinn, and Chloe Ray-Anna Flinn Great-granddaughter: Autumn DeShanne Shaw Special companion: Patricia Dillard Mr. Shaw was preceded in death by: Parents: Wilburn and Ada Shaw Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 30, 2013 in the Paoli Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home. |
