August 23, 2009 February 8, 1947 ~ August 23, 2009 Jimmy Ray Pearson of Paoli, Oklahoma was born to Charles Edmond and Margaret E. [Barrett] Pearson on February 8, 1947 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on August 23, 2009 at his home in Paoli, Oklahoma at the age of 62 years. Jimmy was raised in Paoli, Oklahoma and attended school there. When Jimmy was younger, he enjoyed raising goats and played on Owl Creek. On April 30, 1966, he married Ruth McPherson in Pauls Valley. Jimmy retired from the BNSF Railroad on May 30, 2007 and also worked in the oil field. In his spare time he enjoyed metal detecting, antiques, and working on 66 Fords. The highlights of his life were his children and grandchildren. The most important things he taught others about life were to work hard and to take care of your family. Mr. Pearson is survived by; his wife: Ruth of the home Son: Mark Alan Pearson 2 daughters: Angela Bishop Heather Hutchinson Brothers: Charles E. Pearson, Jr. Bob Pearson Tom Pearson Sisters: Sue Green 5 grandchildren: Caleb and Clayton Pearson Blake and Bryson Bishop Dustin Hutchinson 2 great-grandchildren: Calen and L'Rae Mr. Pearson was preceded in death by; Parents: Charles and Margaret Pearson His sister: Delores Bledsoe Casket Bearers will be Charles Williams, Tim Eastwood, Terry Temple, David Duff, Buck Pearson, and Gavin Pearson. |
