Ann Jones, a long time resident of Oklahoma City, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at her residence at the age of 62 years. Ann was born June 4, 1943 at the family home in Hennepin, OK to the late Arthur Manuel and Bertha Lee Hudson Jones. She was a long time employee of International Crystal Manufacturing Co. of Oklahoma City, and was well known for her perfect work attendance, generous spirit and willingness to care for and help others. A collector and voracious reader, Ann owned an extensive library and was looking forward to a long leisurely retirement to pursue these interests. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her sisters, Edith Johnson of Dallas, Tx., Charli Meador of OKC, Martha Jones of OKC and Ruth Kinnamon of Rogers, Ark., and by her brothers, Paul of Newscastle, OK, James of OKC and Tim of Mustang, OK. Memorial services are to be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 9 in the Western Oaks Christian Church at 8100 N. W. 23rd in Oklahoma City, officiating will be Rev. John Regan. Graveside funeral services are scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Friday at the Paoli Cemetery in Paoli, Oklahoma, officiated by Rev. Terry Erwin. Graveside services are under the direction of the Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home in Pauls Valley. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice. |
