© Wilson-Little Funeral Home Purcell, Oklahoma Tuesday, December 23, 2008 Kenneth Paul Craig September 10, 1943 ~ December 23, 2008 Kenneth Paul Craig, age 64 of Wayne, passed away Tuesday December 23, 2008 in Purcell. Kenneth graduated from Wayne H. S. 1962. After H.S. he served in the U.S. Navy for three years. Kenneth graduated from East Central University in Ada. Later graduating from OKC Univ. School of Law and later receiving his Doctorate of Juris Prudence. Kenneth served as Court Clerk for the Okla. Court of Criminal Appeals for nearly ten years. In 1972 he opened his own law firm in Moore and practiced law for nearly 30 years before retiring. From 1976-1978 he served as State Representative for District 54 in the Moore area and as the past Moore City Attorney. Kenneth married Jane Tippit in 1963 and later in life married Shelly Miller. He lived in Moore for 15 years, Paoli for 20 years and Wayne for the past 2 years. He was preceded in death by Parents Ray and Pauline Craig, Son Cory Sterling. He is survived by his children Kenneth P. Craig Jr. and wife Ann-Marie of Norman, Michelle Lynn Craig of Wayne brothers Ray T. Craig and wife Margaret of Newalla, Aubrey Dale Craig and wife Nikki of Plano, TX sister Nancy Meyers and husband Mark of Palm Springs, CA 4 grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 26, 2008, at the Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel in Purcell. Burial will follow at the Paoli Cemetery. |
