June 23, 2015 May 26, 1947 ~ June 23, 2015 William Larry Alexander of Elmore City, Oklahoma was born to Leroy and Jessie Agnes [Miller] Alexander, the third of seven, on May 26, 1947 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on June 23, 2015 in Columbia, South Carolina at the age of 68 years. Larry grew up and attended school at Whitebead and Pauls Valley after which he served his country in the U. S. Marine Corp. He was stationed at Beaufort, South Carolina where he met and married Ida Mae Outlaw. After separation from the service they returned to Pauls Valley where Larry drove trucks and worked with heavy equipment. Larry spent most of his time driving a truck. He loved to keep on trucking. He was a loving son, brother and uncle. He will be missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Willie and Stella Miller and Janie Alexander, two nephews, Jason and Marty Alexander, his brother-in-law, Earl Caldwell and Ida Mae. Larry is survived by his daughter Jana Clure, two grandsons, Colby and Jermey, brother, Danny Alexander [Rita] of Stratford, Oklahoma; five sisters: Peggy Jenkins [George] of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Nancy Tucker [Dalton] of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Marilyn Looney of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Debra Hardy [Scott] of Elmore City, Oklahoma, and Robin Caldwell of Elmore City, Oklahoma, six nephews, ten nieces, six great-nephews and four great-nieces. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel with Joe Terrell officiating. Interment will be in the Paoli Cemetery with U. S.
